Ayah of the Week

And ˹remember˺ when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more. But if you are ungrateful, surely My punishment is severe.’”

Quran (14:7)

By highlighting this Ayah in the Quran, Allah SWT clearly tells us how we should act for all the blessings he has given us.

The formula is simple here: If we are grateful to Allah SWT, he will give us more. If we are ungrateful, Allah's wrath and punishment will be upon us.

So, always show gratitude to Allah SWT regardless of what you are going through, as it is the best way of getting Allah's blessings and mercy.

Hadith Of the Week

"Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or an oppressed," A man said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I will help him if he is oppressed, but if he is an oppressor, how shall I help him?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "By preventing him from oppressing (others), for that is how to help him."

Sahih al Bukhari 6952

It’s been more than 120 days, and the war is still ongoing in Palestine. Our brothers and sisters are getting oppressed. We can help them by sending much needed donations. Help your Palestinian brothers and sisters; donate as much as you can.

Do what’s within your control. Let your voice be heard peacefully on social media and on the streets. Spread awareness about how Palestinians were robbed of their land. And last but not the least: Boycott the oppressors!

Dua of the Week

Bismillahi tawakkaltuBismillāhi tawakkaltu 'ala Allāh wa lā ḥaula wa lā quwwata illā billāh

In the name of God; I trust in God; there is no might and no power but in God,"

Mishkat al-Masabih 2443

You should recite this Dua whenever you leave your house. Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that whoever recites it when leaving the house, it is said to him, "You are guided, defended, and protected."

Upon saying this, the devil goes away, and another devil says, "How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended, and protected?"
